Shipping Information

We aim to ship your purchase as soon as possible. However, as Toolong is 180km from Charleville we receive and send mail on Saturday and Wednesday. Sometimes there are delays beyond our control (such as rain or wet weather). Your items will always have a tracking number and you will receive an email notification on the day they are posted. Using the tracking number provided in the notification email you can track your item on the Australia Post website https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking
